I had Aman come to help me with the computer. He phoned in advance to say when he would arrive.
Then when he did, he answered all my questions and made things easy for me -like putting the computer icon for Backup, on the main screen. Answered the question if our computer was compatable for Windows 11. NO. But said the smaller lap top we have for travel, would do the job.
Very helpful. No question went unanswered. Thanks
