I would have to say all the staff I dealt with on the phone were so lovely to deal with - polite, patient and very helpful (4 calls altogether - Cristoff, Ginny and 1 other young lady).
Jacob, the tech who I had two appointments at home, was also lovely to deal with, he was efficient, answered my questions in a patient way. A very nice young man. He was able to
sort both of my issues and that makes an
older lady very happy!
