I am not at all happy with the service provided and would like someone (senior) to contact me with regards to my concerns. Dexter is a lovely young man but I felt he was out of his depth with 2 of the 3 simple requests which I had, both of which involved systems which I have worked with for the last
9 years - at least. I look forward to discussing this with you.
