This was a major project to transfer data to a refurbished Geek "refurbished" machine. The assigned technician has indisputable technical skills, but regrettably his communication skills (EAASL) don't inspire confidence. I was disappointed that I had to ask critical questions that he should have freely given without prompting.$1,663 is not an insignificant investment.
