Purchased 9k gold diamond bracelet - diamonds graded as I3 and self - certified by Gems.(£599)
On arrival the diamonds were appalling,not one sparkle and grey in colour.They were so bad they should not have been used for anything other than industrial diamonds!
I returned it 7 days ago and had to phone them to confirm delivery.Now have to wait for refund.
Never again - and I mean it this time!
Just an aside -Trustpilot feedback is not always independent.
Also be suspicious of too much praise on any website
