Phoned today for the March Reed defuser I was told they were unavailable because they have been on air a few times, and were unavailable to order!? , I question this poor customer service.
Purchased a sleeping beauty turquoise and tanzanite ring looks like a return no shine very dull in colour fault at the back of stone
The tanzanite is more white than blue(returning with a request for postage back)
