My order was sent to the wrong house, it took two weeks to find out it had gone to a different street. I explained you could see from the delivery photo they showed that it was not my address if you looked on Google maps. I was told to wait while they sorted it with royal mail. Another week and I was told it was a few streets away and that I needed to go round there (very wrong in my opinion considering I didn't know them and they'd had it two weeks! Awkward and potentially dangerous situation to put someone in!). Turned out the parcel was still sat on the doorstep but contents were ruined albeit the actual rings. Boxes and pouches soaked through and broken, totally un giftable.
After going round and round in circles with them, the only resolution they would give me was to pay to return it all.
Bad in my view, even a partial refund or voucher would have been ok, but no.
I declined and will not use again
