I called for a carrier swap from AT&T, but instead of doing a CARRIER SWAP, the unprofessional agent did a SIM CHANGE, which resulted in losing the service.
When I called them they said: " Just wait for your new sim card to arrive in 10 business days". I asked them for a solution till the sim gets delivered, and they said:" This is the only solution we have". Staying without service for 10 days is normal for them.
Very Desapointed.
