Very disappointed with the purchase. I bought a lawn mower and after a couple of use, machine does not starts neither the cord was working. After contacting Genpower technical support explaining the situation, they ask me to send the machine back to the work shop.
After a long wait for almost two months, they got back to me confirming that work shop found no fault and in order to get the machine back, they sent me invoice to pay for the delivery. In fact they were blaming me that the machine had no fault but why somebody report for a fault if machine works perfectly fine. What I have realised that they were only blaming me just for the sake of recovering delivery cost.
Very bad customer service and end up paying for nothing. Please do not buy from them as I am giving you my honest review, otherwise good luck with the purchase
