Stupidly thought I was ordering direct from Hyundai from the website page! However only realised it was Genpower when had to make enquiries as to where my mower was? Took ages to get to speak with after sales. First person said it's with the Courier and he would chase and get back to me. By the end of the day had heard nothing. Rang again and was told by someone else they cant find it! This is 8 days after it had been shipped. Asked if we could cancel and have a refund and was told you have to send the product back first! Hang on, the product I have not received has to go back before I get a refund? Unbelievable. So we insist on talking to a Manager, eventually we get the team leader who was very polite but said he would get back to us before 5pm. He didnt but I did get an email to say the Courier cant find tour mower so we will get tracking on the one we will dispatch. It said we will dispatch your repaired mower on Monday! Having now read other peoples remarks it is my opinion that they may be selling repaired machines to sell as new. Everyone on here should complain to the trading standards as the company are not going to stop selling until someone stops them.
Will I ever get my paid for Hyundai lawn mower? Will it work or break down after a few weeks? Who knows but I think the Daily Mail may be interested as well as the tv programme Rogue Traders. Watch this space ........
