I do not recommend this company. If anything goes wrong with your purchase and this company is to blame, instead of doing everything to satisfy the customer, this company will do everything to discourage you from any contact. Instead of organizing a collection for the customer, because it's not yours fault, you have to buy your own packaging for which you have to pay, and you have to go to the parcel collection point, wasting your own time. Regarding the refund, I recommend paying with PayPal because they will do everything to delay the refund until eternity. Contact with anyone who answers questions is like contact with a chatbot, dehumanized with a large dose of ignorance and lack of understanding. When reading the opinions of people who have had bad experiences, the same problems arise, whether it's company policy or lack of empathy, it doesn't matter because I won't buy anything from them again. To get my money back, I had to open a case with PayPal, and after assurances that they would refund the money right away, I had to escalate the case because they stopped responding, and finally, PayPal considered the case in my favor. What a waste of time, dear founders of this company, Mrs and Mr. Lisa and Roland Llewellin, do you have any idea that a reputation takes years to build and is destroyed in the blink of an eye?
