I purchased a vertical log splitter at over £800. Three year warranty. 3 months after warranty expired unit failed. After sales support for a product which is not fit for purpose was total rubbish. I should say that I have been spending three months trying to get a solution. The unit is a "professional item", I am a pensioner who relies on wood to stay warm. The item was used once a year to split wood for my own use. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS Company.
