I have worked in insurance for 15 years and Geoffrey insurance are easily worst company i have ever dealt with. Taken 5 payments from account in 2 banking days, they have no idea why, they have hung up on me twice trying to contact them, have left me witch charges for failed Direct Debits from other companies because they took money when they shouldnt have. Sent 2 emails with no reply, you then fill the complaint form on there website, when you submit the form it goes to page not found. Avoid this company at all costs, they have no clue what they are doing or how to fix it when they have made a mistake. Out of pocket £60 in charges, plus £120 from them taking payments that where not authorised.
