“Had two issues revolving around changing the payment date, the first time i could not change the payment date to a day later the second time i tried to change the monthly payment date and the payment had been brought forward so i had to pay twice in one month. Haven’t contacted the help team both times i was told they could not help at all and to let the payments “bounce” which would obviously affect me for future payments. Absolutely ridiculous would not recommend this company to anyone!”
“Had a letter come through the post yesterday saying that they can’t offer a renewal on my current details?? I’ve never claimed, no issues with my credit rating, no points, etc etc but no reason given, all details up to date. Left completely clueless. Not to worry have found another well known insurance company which is offering a policy with additional extras for less money”
“I paid for my car insurance annually. I paid £199.19 for the insurance to commence from 11.05.24.
However, I decided to scrap the car and so cancelled my insurance from 19.11.24. This meant I had used 6 months of my one year policy and I still had a few days sort of a 6 month policy remaining!
I was reimbursed a mere £30.02!!
I will NEVER use this company again and would advise others to avoid, avoid, AVOID!”
“Customer service was excellent, I was initially struggling to complete my car insurance purchase online, so I rang to seek some assistance. The representative that took my call was very patient with me and took the time to explain what everything meant, even if I asked her to repeat or further explain. She was lovely, I was able to complete my transaction with her over the phone. She made things simple for me, great customer service 👍🏾”
“last month i get infinity forex fund firm account ,now one month finish i am eligible to withdraw but on 17 Agust 2024 they run .Please Stay Away from this prop firm. i am glad i was able to get a refunds with the help of wikihelpdesks @ gmail .com my advice is stay away from this broke”
“Absolutely horrendous negative experience that's still unresolved. Firstly THEY cancelled my DD then tried to blame me & added a cancellation fee. The chat agent admitted they'd cancelled it but refused to waiver the fee. I spent hours outtung a complaint together incl screenshots from my bank only to be told " emails aren't manned " I then used the complaints form online. No reply so after 5 days I left a review. Only then did someone contact me & after emailing back in the morning I waited 6 hours & no reply. Won't be renewing. Please save yourself the hassle & look elsewhere. Disgraceful Customer Care which is reflected in all the bad reviews they have.”
“This company requires you to log in to add a personalised plate to your car (no other changes) they then charge you nearly £3 for doing this plus a £25 admin fee despite the fact that no administrative staff or costs were incurred as you make all the changes yourself electronically. This is despicable. Every other insurance company I have dealt with have not charged for this. Incidentally I put my personalised number on to another vehicle and they did it yesterday over the phone for no charge!”
“Dealing with this company is a nightmare the are totally useless the staff are totally incompetent, one representative said he had never read an insurance policy.
When I had a bump in my car they were so unhelpful.
Pay a bit more and go else where cheap and nasty, deal with them at your peril”
“Do not take insurance from this company. They have hidden charges which they will reveal after 14days and then will ask you to cancel the policy if you are not happy and will ask you to pay 90£ as cancellation admin + intermediary fee. Fraud”

“Absolute 10/10 in terms of getting done over from an insurance company.
Started the policy on Monday but have since bought a new car (Unplanned at the time). They tried to more nearly triple my premium (on a much safer car) so I cancelled and have been stung for just over £100 total in order to cancel it. Even though it's in the 14 day cooling off period (Required by law) they are refusing to refund. Seemed cheap at the time on the comparison websites, however I would only advise people to avoid avoid avoid.”
“I have worked in insurance for 15 years and Geoffrey insurance are easily worst company i have ever dealt with. Taken 5 payments from account in 2 banking days, they have no idea why, they have hung up on me twice trying to contact them, have left me witch charges for failed Direct Debits from other companies because they took money when they shouldnt have. Sent 2 emails with no reply, you then fill the complaint form on there website, when you submit the form it goes to page not found. Avoid this company at all costs, they have no clue what they are doing or how to fix it when they have made a mistake. Out of pocket £60 in charges, plus £120 from them taking payments that where not authorised.”
