I purchased a pair of GEOX shoes, expecting the comfort and quality the brand is known for. Unfortunately, the design/material caused pain, making them uncomfortable to wear. When I reached out to customer service, they suggested I pay a shoe repairer to fix the issue—something that should not be my responsibility, as the problem is with the shoe itself.
I expected better support, either in the form of a replacement or a proper solution. It’s disappointing that a known brand is unwilling to stand behind its products. I won’t be purchasing from GEOX again unless they improve their customer service and quality assurance.
