– Extremely Disappointing Customer Service
I recently had a terrible experience at GEOX that I feel compelled to share. The female store manager was not only unprofessional but outright dishonest during our interaction. It's incredibly disappointing to deal with someone in a leadership role who clearly lacks basic customer service skills and lies
Instead of addressing my concerns respectfully, the manager was evasive, dismissive, and unwilling to help. It felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Their behavior was completely unacceptable and reflected poorly on the GEOX brand, and she continued to lie and make excuses why she can’t help me .
If this is the kind of service GEOX deems acceptable, it's a clear sign that some serious retraining is needed—especially for their management staff. I won't be returning, and I’ll be advising others to take their business elsewhere

“Nice product for the first year of ownership then the down started coming through the jacket and the zipper is faulty. It gets stuck when being zipped up and also the zipper spreads, most annoying, very expensive jacket poor quality, not worth it.”
“Worse customer service I have ever experienced. My parcel containing 2 pairs of shoes went missing and they ignored many of my emails to try and get an update. The delivery company wouldn't deal with me because I wasn't the shipper. Any emails I got were copy and pasted messages because I received the same one a couple of times when they bothered to respond. Eventually after weeks of the parcel being missing I asked them to send a replacement and they ignored the email and then I got an email saying a refund was being processed as I requested. When I asked why they didn't just send me the shoes out again they told me to make the order again. I wouldn't order from them again after this experience because if you have a problem you will be waiting a long time to get a response.”
“I purchased a pair of GEOX shoes, expecting the comfort and quality the brand is known for. Unfortunately, the design/material caused pain, making them uncomfortable to wear. When I reached out to customer service, they suggested I pay a shoe repairer to fix the issue—something that should not be my responsibility, as the problem is with the shoe itself.
I expected better support, either in the form of a replacement or a proper solution. It’s disappointing that a known brand is unwilling to stand behind its products. I won’t be purchasing from GEOX again unless they improve their customer service and quality assurance.”
“I purchased a pair of blue suede loafers , comfortable , with minimal use . Then I noticed a hole near the stitching on the back of the shoe . I alway use shoe horns and shoe trees .. I exchange a few emails with the company and provided them photos of the whole, souls and the top of the shoe. It was obvious they were in good condition with minimal wear. We exchange a few emails. They assured me they would get back to me never heard from them again.
I would never buy another pair of Geox shoes, they are poor quality, and the customer service is terrible..”
“I have never experienced such ireversible product damage with other shoes brands. Is not acceptable to pay so much money for products that : the sole is cracking very oftern , combine leather products with synthetic mayerials and the synthetick is getting damaged is such a short therm. I will never buy and I do not recomand.”
“Simple- they sent me somebody else’s order. My address label was stuck over another label- presumably the intended destination.
But after a phone call and repeated emails several weeks have passed and NO RESPONSE whatsoever from Customer Services.
What kind of outfit is this???

“I was a fan of Geox shoes and boots. However, the quality has decreased and the customer service is not responding for the refund. I am sorry for this company and do not recommend to purchase any more until they improve their customer service and quality again.”
“I do not recommend. A lot of money and such a low quality. In a couple of years, the soles of the shoes simply disintegrated. I wrote to Geox and after a few months they said that ”The complaint is attributable to the age of the pair and its material and not to a structural defect.”
So... you should buy shoes only for 1-2 years, even if you are not wearing them daily and they looks like new.
I will never buy something from Geox!”
“Useless customer service. Almost makes me think that the whole GEOX brand is a con business. The customer care line line goes to Barcelona and there is only one person on the line. She was kind but had no way of getting any feedback from the customer care team. I rang numerous times and sent emails but had no responses.
After 1 month of waiting, I am about to give up. The shoes gave me so much pain on my heels from day one, and I was hoping that I could get an exchange or something similar. After paying 100 pounds and wearing the trainers for about 2 hours, I just could not wear due to pain. But looks like I need to give up. Hope you do not make any mistakes like this as this is really not pleasant experience.”
“No customer service. I bought online and tried multiple times to exchange sz; 4 Representatives couldn't help, seemed clueless, and instructed me to send an email. No follow-up - passed 30-day return time- now the shoe is on sale at 40% off; they won't exchange or make a price adjustment. 1st time and last time buying from Geox! Beware consumer!”
