I bought an item for my 11yr old It said size 10-12 yrs, but was way too small for him. SO I started the return process! Total nightmare! Basically I've spent £9.20 for nothing. Paid for delivery and for return, with nothing to show for my money!
The email address comes back "cannot deliver" and the telephone number has a voice recording saying their offices are shut, despite listing the opening times (which I called within). I very much doubt I'll get money back and I am posting this back with a lot of doubt!
