Ordered a pair of mens Puma trainers only to receive a pair of womens sandals instead! Took a fair time to respond and I had to ask for free return postage. The trainers that I wanted have now sold out, so I'm not getting what I ordered but am having to go through the hassle of going to the Post Office at Christmas to return the incorrect order they sent. Offered an apology and nothing else. I pushed for some compensation and they only offered me 10% off my next purchase. Really feels like a kick in the teeth considering the poor customer service, hassle they've put me through and the fact that I'm not getting what I ordered. I'm assuming the refund will take ages too! My advice is stay well clear
