Sent wrong size garment. Could not supply correct size so had to return. Return confirmed received 9 April. 11 April promised refund would be processed 14 April. Nothing received and when chased 15 April was told returns dept was “experiencing high volumes” and should get refund by 23 April. Agent then cut off live chat when politely queried reason for delay. Original order 29 Mar so out of funds nearly a month with no garment.
