We're happy with the bed which came partly assembled due to Covid restrictions - we had requested in-home assembly, but this is no fault of the company. I noticed that two of the screws had been attached with smaller washers/caps than the others, and one of the fabric "flowers" in the dimples at the top of the mattress was missing. These two minor cosmetic points aside, it was simple to assemble and the mattress appears very comfortable, thank you.
