I ordered a Low Tokyo Bed in Coffee Bean for my daughter. The bed was delivered a day earlier using the white glove service, which was fantastic. The driver forgot to leave the assembly instructions and fixing kit but as soon as I called Get Laid Beds they were extremely apologetic and put them in the first class post and I got them within a day. Assembly of the bed was really easy and one person managed to do it on their own. I also purchased a 2000 pocket sprung mattress from them and I have to say it’s one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. We absolutely love the bed. Overall the service from Get Laid Beds is fantastic, everyone you speak to is super polite and really accommodating, willing to do whatever they can to ensure you’re satisfied. I felt the cost of the bed and mattress together was reasonable for what I ordered. It’s really good quality stuff!! Would definitely recommend Get Laid Beds.
