To start off with it is British made, something that we are looking for more and more as we try to get the country back up after the pandemic. That said our new bed demonstrates everything that once made Britain great. Top quality workmanship and a good solid piece of furniture. Follow this up with excellent customer service, a two person delivery team who arrived when they said they would and carried the components into our bedroom. Easy to follow instructions so that we could finish the task ourselves and a great nights sleep with the prospect of many more to come.
