Very happy with my new Ottoman bed from Get Laid. The customer service was awesome as I had to speak to two different reps prior to ordering to make sure I could get the right size to fit my room. They were very helpful and friendly throughout. The bed was very well made and the colour turned out lovely - I chose Coffee Bean! After me forgetting to change the delivery address to my first home, they were very helpful and offered to change the address on the day of delivery with no additional charge. Only extremely slight problem was the instructions as they were a little vague in some parts but nothing I couldn’t work out! Very happy with the overall service and quality! As you can see, my GSD Luna is also very happy :)
