I was very impressed with the service from Get Laid Beds. To start with, I requested some samples of the different finishes and they were sent out extremely promptly. Once I had chosen my Deco bed, the ordering process was very easy. The only thing I would improve is for them to send a 'your delivery is on its way' email a couple of days beforehand, because I was getting concerned that the deadline was approaching, but I hadn't heard anything from them since the email received at the time of ordering. It was no problem though - they confirmed the night before and stuck to the timings they had given. The bed itself is extremely high quality. It had a lovely aroma of wood when it arrived. It's very well made and good and solid. We had a slight issue with the headboard being a bit higher than it should have been, but this was easily remedied and we are very pleased with the final result. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely buy from them again. Despite the name! (But at least it's memorable!!!)
