Wood feels sturdy + Good paint job + Arrived on time + Easy to assemble + Looks good Bad: - Defect in one of the legs means the headboard isn’t flush - Two slats too wide to fit Really annoying: I asked customer service for the internal dimensions before purchase as we already have a mattress. I was told that the dimensions on the website ARE the internal dimensions, which seemed odd so I pressed but the agent insisted: yes, the website dimensions are definitely internal. Bed arrived: the agent was wrong, I now need a new mattress. Would have bought elsewhere if I had known! I then took the time to email and the response was pretty much ‘oh, sorry about that’… Summary: bed pretty good, though their quality control a little subpar. Customer service: pretty rubbish.
