I was really happy with the service that I received from GLB. The sale price was great. Emails were received updating me on the progress of my bed being made. The delivery slot was given the night before and I was sent a text when I was the next drop. I could also see the drivers progress on a map at that time. The delivery driver himself was polite and helpful. He seemed a cheerful guy. The bed was well made and well packaged in three long but small boxes. No issues with the quality of wood used. The instructions could be better, to make any possible mistakes clearer to avoid. The bed took two and half hours to build, using a drill. And I appsolutely love the bed...
