I like the bed but it’s a shame there is a gap at each end of the mattress meaning dust can get in in the storage space underneath (as it’s an ottoman). The delivery was over two hours later than the delivery slot which I guess happens but wasn’t acknowledged by the delivery team. The delivery team didn’t seem in good comms with the customer service team as they didn’t know they needed to set up the bed and that I had arranged parking for that which I’d told the head office. There was a slight damage to one of the planks but too much hassle to return.
