Very good service overall. I contacted the Customer Service as I wanted to provide parking instructions. They were polite and quick to respond both on the online chat and email. Delivery service was very good too, with their team carefully navigating through the flat to bring all the parts of the bed in the bedroom. Having said that, arranging for delivery might be problematic depending on where you live. GLB will require parking near the flat (within 100 meters if I remember correctly) and you need to pay for parking if needed (e.g. pay and display). Given the price of the bed and the fact that you have to pay extra even for standard delivery, I would expect the parking cost to be already covered.
