The instructions were not clear at all, especially when saying which parts were already assembled and which was not. The wooden pieces were not labelled great nor were any directions given so you knew to lay things the right way, the wood is solid as expected however soft with "pre drilled holes" not correctly aligned meaning you needed to make your own. I wish there was more information online regarding this particular bed, for example that there was no base to it so clothes cannot be directly payed under the bed as it it, and also that if you choose to go for no headboard, you will not get the holes/screws to add any headboards you may already have. The screws were not clearly labelled so trying to figure out 30mm from 35 mm and 50mm from 60mm and so on was a pain to say the least! If I ordered from here again it seems you would have to pay for them to assemble it yourself unless you have another bed to sleep on in the meantime but then didn't feel like the difference in cost would be worth it! I did get a delivery slot with live tracked timer on the day of delivery so didn't receive the call from them, I also didn't get them to bring it into the house so no shoe coverings were needed either but overall the company have been alright, just the way things were not made clear was annoying!
