The bed was great but the delivery experience very poor. It took me ages to get them to understand I needed bit of notice to agree delivery date and kept getting told up to fedex.
When fedex delivered it was badicslly dumped on the path outside my 3rd story apartment.
I was not expecting it to be taken up but bit more customer service would have been great as actual product very good .
