From the day I ordered a tailored bed, to the day it was delivered and assembled, the service was very good. The bed, a modern ohio day bed, is quite unique and well built.
Adam, the delivery driver and assembler, was cheerful and friendly despite my being the last call at the end of a very long day for him. Adam also helped me move a heavy mattress on to the bed.
