The bed looks great and feels sturdy. I had a difficult time choosing the colour and although I think I went for the right colour in the end I think having more pictures of the bed in different situations would be useful.
Customer service was quite responsive but couldn't give me a time period for my delivery which was frustrating as I had to make sure I was home between 7am and 9pm.
