From the outset the service I received was excellent-the showroom was a great setting to view the products and the staff were knowledgeable and able to provide advice without being pushy. I was kept well informed about the progress of my order and the delivery team were super efficient (thank you Chris and Sue) constructing the beds without mess or disruption. A really great buying experience from start to finish and much more than I expected for such a good value product.
