The whole experience was outstanding, from the initial visit to the showroom in Leicester to the delivery and set up of the bed in Surrey. Every single person we encountered was friendly, patient and courteous and our bed was set up in very little time. It is the first time we have bought a new bed in 52 years of marriage, and we are really pleased.
