Disappointed with my latex mattress. It was very well wrapped, however, had a dirty mark on the mattress. Which was obviously on before it was wrapped. The cover also has a few clicks in the material.
Reading through the terms and conditions there does not seem very much you can do if you are not happy with the mattress that does not incur the expense of returning it.
The mattress arrived on Tuesday and is still giving off an unpleasant smell although I have had the windows open.
