We're delighted with our new bed. We ordered an EU King size bed frame and mattress and had several custom modifications made to the frame. As I was concerned to get things right, I emailed and rang the customer services department a number of times and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were endlessly pleasant and patient with my requests. The only slight downside was that the delivery invoice showed only the bed arriving and not the mattress but both turned up together and it all turned out well in the end. The bed is solid and stable and we're sleeping very comfortably on it.
