The Bed is ok. Customer service extremely poor. Bed has been delivered on the due date. However, mattress was not delivered on due date and l had to waste a lot of time contacting them to understand what has happened and to ask them to deliver it before Christmas instead of after as they intended due to their lack of staff .
I had also contacted them before the delivery date to ensure everything was in place and when they came home they had not brought the mattress !!
