I think the product (Low Fuji attic bed) is excellent quality and should last for years to come, and I am very happy with it. However I built it myself and the instructions were very confusing. The list of contents on the paper instructions did not match what I had been sent, also the 3D image on the website did not match what I was supposed to build. I got there in the end with customer service who were great, but they really should include instructions on the website that exactly match the product ordered - it would have saved me a lot of time!
