Before ordering - they have great wood finish options, give you full details on dimensions, and have a good website. Post order, they had clear communication on manufacturing status. They showed up on day of delivery with 2 people, who carried the flat packs up to the second floor and got the installation done within 20min. The ottoman storage bed is great, my 150x200 matress fits well. Good sleep, with low stress - this is exactly what you want from your bed manufacterer
