Good customer service when needed.
Paid extra for delivery as needed to know window it would arrive in- we received the initial text with 2 hr window but then no phone call, no live tracking, no further text as per information given. I have a baby and we don’t yet live in the house so I was relying on this. Delivery men from GLB didn’t seem to know anything about it.
They were good natured about me not being there on time as a result though and were careful with the delivery.
