Only adverse comment is that the assembly instructions could be a lot better and a link to a video tutorial would be really helpful. Part identification in the instructions is a bit vague, and the instructions I got with my bed were generic rather than bespoke to my product.
The way the website works is also a bit clunky and could do with a good update.
The bed itself is excellent quality.
