The bed is great, good quality & sturdy, very pleased….the instructions on the other hand are terrible!
This is something that needs looking at. Each piece needs labelling & the instructions need rewriting / drawing!
Words were missing, pages not in the right order….drawings not true to size, very confusing when in-fact it’s quite easy to make!
The instructions over complicated it!
Apart from that, everything else was brilliant, the customer service is great, the product brilliant…just sort the instructions & labelling of parts!
