I cannot provide a review as I have not yet received the bed promised for Tuesday 25 October! I have had no bed since last Monday - since I could not accommodate two beds in my flat - and I am 81 years of age and presently not in good health. I can only say that I am appalled at the service provided by this company and so shall be seeking compensation for inconvenience and lack of earnings as an educationalist. I shall not be recommending this company to any of my acquaintances. Surely a company that champions itself as top of the range can provide a better service than this. I for one shall not be dealing with them in the future and I am surprised that the individual employed by the company to give clear updates on delivery of the item was quite unable to do so. I do not blame her - I blame those who purport to be in charge.
