Bed arrived with no screws or instructions, having taken a day off work to receive the delivery and build it. Customer service not very apologetic or helpful, advised I could go and buy some myself and they'd refund up to £10, something that rang alarm bells as it clearly happens regularly. Screws arrived a whole week later (!), still without instructions which I printed off myself. Bed was very difficult to build from the instructions that were not clear, the screw holes were only marked not drilled which made it more difficult. It creaks a lot. Wishing I had just bought a bed from John Lewis to be honest.
