Trish in customer support and Brodie and delivery were awesome. We had a hiccup on delivery and between them they sorted it, with a superhuman drive by Brodie. The beds and mattresses are great quality. Building is easy with electric screwdrivers. The instructions could be better but you can work through them. Our beds are without spacer thingies between the headboard planks because they are so small
in the instructions we missed them. So get a magnifying glass, electric screwdriver, rubber mallet and you’ll be sorted.
