This is the 4th bed I buy from them. The previous 3 were ok. Nothing amazing but just a normal simple bed.
But this 4th time they made my bed the wrong size, I had to assemble it myself then send them proof in a video and after them accepting the bed was made wrongly and me declaring I want to return it, they won’t even send a team to disassemble it for me. I have to do it myself even tho it wasn’t my fault. Very sad with their decline in customer service over the years.
