I was really happy wiht the bed, and with teh customer service. Ordering was straightforward, we were kept informed of progress as the bed was made in the workshops, and the delivery was timely. The bed itself seems to be really good quality and well finsihed. Came neatly packed, and my twelve year old daughter assembled it on her own in an hour. Looks lovely!
