Bed frame is good no complaints. We also bought the recommended mattress. It is ridiculously high on the bed as slats sit quite high. Having simply unpacked, the mountains of plastic to see what it's like. We requested to exchange the next day. VERY DISAPPOINTEDLY the answer was no. So many online firms offer replacement, as do they, on certain mattresses. But the lack of willingness and service to work with a customer, willing to pay the same and cover delivery charges was unexpected, and counter constructive for them.
