We are absolutely satisfied with the quality of the Low Oriental Bed, we've purchased. It looks great and the instruction was easy to undertsand. I've also liked the thoughtful and reliable way to connect different pieces together. Besides that the company was dilligently informing us through the whole process when our bed was built and then shipped to us. Unfortunately, the first shipment did include some wrong parts, but once we contacted the customer support via email our issues were quickly and professionaly resolved and we've received the correct parts soon. The whole encounter with the company was great pleasure I just don't feel it's right to award all 5 stars due to the original misshipment.
