Nice bed, just a small amount of damage on the bed frame and one of the legs, but this was easily touched up with white paint. The assembly instructions provided were in the form of diagrams which were not too clear, and it would have been helpful to have had an online YouTube step-by-step video to follow. I also ordered a mattress for delivery with the bed, but unfortunately the 3rd party delivery courier forgot to load the mattress on the van, so they had to come back again the next day to deliver the mattress. This was not in any way the fault of Get Laid Beds and after contacting them I was very happy with the way they dealt with my complaint.
